The needle rollers are made of through-hardened, high-carbon chromium steel for durability and heat tolerance, and lip contact seals at both ends help retain lubricants and exclude dirt and moisture. The bearing is factory lubricated with lithium soap grease, and can be used at temperatures from -22 to 212 degrees F (-30 to 100 degrees C).
