The Arctic Air AUC48R undercounter refrigerator has a heavy-duty worktop surface that can be removed if it is not needed. Without the top panel, the overall height is reduced by 1.5 inches so it can fit under shorter countertops. This model also includes four 3-inch-diameter casters, so the unit can be moved for cleaning and maintenance, and two of these castors lock to keep the unit in place when in use. Two epoxy-coated wire shelves are adjustable to accommodate a variety of product sizes. The Arctic Air AUC48R undercounter refrigerator cabinet is accessed through two solid doors that are equipped with recessed handles, locks, and removable magnetic gaskets. These doors are self-closing, though they stay open at 90 degrees for stocking and cleaning the cabinet. Its exterior is stainless steel on the front and sides, while the interior is lined with white ABS plastic and has a stainless steel floor.
